Job Title: IT Procurement Specialist

Pay rate: $30-35.00 per hour

Duration: One year contract

Location: Phoenix Arizona 85004

Contractor will be working Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Position will be specifically an IT procurement specialist

Experienced IT procurement specialist with IT RFP end to end experience, IT contract redlining of legal terms and conditions, and IT contract negotiations experience for software, software as a service, platform as a service, IT hardware, IT services, and all other types of IT contracts

Role will be hybrid - primarily remote with onsite once a month for required meetings

Additional days may be required to work onsite as needed

Full Job Description:

The IT Procurement Specialist manages and executes operational Information Technology (IT) procurement activities in support of the buying requirements of IT category and IT Business Unit.

Adheres to strategic supply chain category strategies, targets and schedules in order to achieve goals and objectives for cost management, inventory management, supplier management including supplier diversity and process improvement.

Manages Business Unit partnerships to deliver excellent customer service.

Redlines and negotiates legal contracts and pricing for major IT contracts specifically for IT services, IT projects, IT hardware, IT software as a service, and other types of software contracts.

Effectively communicates with Business Unit and Supply Chain leadership including presentations and identifies strategies and solutions to help IT Business Unit partners to better manage costs with supplier engagements and supplier services.

Executes Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in an efficient and cost effective manner while supporting continuous process improvement and customer satisfaction.
