Program Analyst

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for a Program Analyst to support the 2nd Marine Logistics Group at Camp Lejeune in Jacksonville, NC. The analyst will collect logistics and sustainment lessons in OCONUS/CONUS environments and support joint and combined operations.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect sustainment and logistics lessons learned in OCONUS/CONUS environments
• Support joint and combined operations with allied and partner forces
• Ensure comprehensive lessons learned coverage for deployed forces
• Provide analytical support for forward-based forces operations
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

• Graduate of Marine Corps Command & Staff College or Marine Corps Senior Enlisted Professional Military Education course. (preferred)
• Valid U.S. passport and ability to obtain necessary status of forces agreements
• Prior military service in the Marine Corps preferred
• Experience serving at the Marine Logistics Group level or above is preferred
• Must possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Degree may be substituted for experience

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with forward-deployed forces, and/or joint and combined operations.
• Ability to communicate and interface with Military leaders and commanders at all levels
• Ability to work independently and proactively, build rapport with end users, customers, and unit leaders in order to develop effective working relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced understanding of military tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP)
• Strong analytical skills are a must
• Ability to adapt to changing working environments and operational tempos
• Must be able to work on-site in Camp Lejeune, NC.
• Ability to work independently in a forward-deployed environment

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Must have an active Secret clearance.
