Summary: The Senior Director, Revenue Accounting will lead the revenue accounting activities for all products and related accounts, including accounts receivable, payor rebates, commercial chargebacks, returns reserve, royalty revenue, Medicaid, 340B discounts/chargebacks, GPO fees and all other contractual fees and expenses related to revenue. This position oversees complex revenue arrangements, Gross-to-Net (GTN) accounting, including payor contract rebates and chargeback processing and analysis. This position will participate, and support forecasting and budgeting processes specifically focused on understanding of Gross to Net estimates for existing and future products. The Senior Director, Revenue Accounting is a leadership position within the Corporate Accounting Department. The ideal candidate possesses technical competence and experience in product revenue accounting and analytics, in-depth knowledge of chargebacks, payor and general rebates and commercial discounts programs accounting and operation, contract compliance and operational experience and team management expertise. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position manages a team of five. Interaction: The incumbent reports to the Corporate Controller and works closely with Finance, Sales, Market Access, Commercial Analytics, National Accounts, Legal, customers, internal and external auditors, and vendors. Pay Transparency The base pay range for this role is $203,000 to $267,000 per year. The range is what we reasonably expect to pay for this role. The range considers a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: geographic markets, business or organizational needs, skill sets, experience, training, licensure, and certifications. Depending on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered.
