A Day in the Life:

The Technical Sales Support role is accountable for the project management portfolio, ensuring alignment of client technical and application requirements with business demands. It involves evaluating resources, priorities, and timelines to guarantee the delivery of the entire project portfolio, thereby driving business value growth.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Participate in cross functional teams to contribute to project coordination and represent the execution planning needs in the project consideration.
  • Effective interactions with Customers, R&D, Process development, Operations, Quality, Sales and Marketing, Product Management, Industrial and Supply Chain teams.
  • Registering and tracking technical activities, encompassing analysis, bench, pilot, and industrial tests for product and process development.
  • Monitoring resources allocated to both short-term customer demands and strategic long-term projects, meticulously tracking project metrics, and accounting for generated costs and benefits.
  • Lead commercial interaction with clients to show, align and match Bunge portfolio and client needs.
  • Identifying new opportunities and concerns while deploying action plans for the related activities.
  • Improve Bunge's outcomes by making data-driven decisions, keeping the customer at the forefront of all they do, and proactively gaining insight into the global strategy.
  • Pursue opportunities to solve problems and take action while maintaining the ability to manage work, even in times of challenge or change.
  • Utilize business, financial and technical use knowledge to develop business opportunities with the greatest potential relevance to Bunge's strategic goals.
  • Through effective communication align, define and share Bunge project portfolio within key stakeholders cultivating networks and partnerships through strategic influence.
  • Leverage market and clients' demands to create and enable tangible opportunities for Bunge, aiming expand and create value for Bunge team.

Skills/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, science or engineering or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years direct related experience required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Experience with Business knowledge from customer and/or product management or significant cross functional role including operational, technical and commercial functional interaction/involvement.
  • Customer facing experience, particularly around commercial opportunity identification and execution.
  • Travel to and work in other regions, including international travel and flexible work schedule to cover project/client's needs required.
  • Leadership, cost consciousness, communication skills, and diplomacy are required.
