Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary Range: $92,500 to $125,000 This position primarily involves working on-site at the project location or in office. Travel frequency and duration will vary depending on the role and project timeline.
Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. THE PRODUCTION TEAM
The Production Team is responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric's Field workforce, ensuring that all projects are executed with the high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality and cost control. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence, maintaining tight control over project execution from start to finish. We take pride in developing and deploying the best Field Managers in the industry, leaders who drive performance, uphold standards, and deliver successful project outcomes.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Manager, Onsite Quality is responsible for the execution and enforcement of CEI's Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) and is the primary point of coordination between Production, Project Management, Subcontractors, AHJ/Third-party Inspectors, and Client on all quality related matters for the project site. The OQM assures installations are in accordance with contract documents, approved submittals, applicable codes, manufacturer requirements, and CEI standards.
While the Manager, Onsite Quality or their crew may not personally perform every task, Quality Assurance (QA) is performed through documentation review, sample-based inspections, and by ensuring deficiencies are identified, communicated, and addressed by Production teams.
The Manager, Onsite Quality reports directly to the Regional Quality Manager and works in close coordination with site supervision, including the site Project Manager and Site Superintendent, to address quality related matters.

ABOUT YOU
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Industry experience
Licensure/Certifications:
OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, LOTO Policy
Experience:
5 years in the electrical industry.
