Brake Stability Module Functional Integrator

The Brake Stability Module Functional Integrator will be responsible for full vehicle performance functional integration and calibration support of the electronic brake systems, meeting vehicle functional objectives and performance goals, and managing/ensuring completion of system level DVP&R. The candidate will lead low and high mu development with suppliers. Develop and execute plan to meet program milestones, regulatory requirements, and a successful launch. Lead cross functional teams with supplier to develop new BSM features to be implemented on new and current vehicles. Review product plans and platform bulletins regarding new program direction to assess impact to vehicle calibration.

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering field
  • Minimum of 5 years engineering experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive testing and validation experience
  • Experience in CDA, electrical diagnostics, CANalyzer, and CAN communication
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and capable of working with multiple groups
  • Must be capable of driving vehicles at, or above the limit of handling


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 5 years of Vehicle Performance calibration experience
  • Hardware-in-Loop (HIL) simulation experience desired
  • Vehicle Dynamics, Chassis, Brakes, BSM calibration, and/or Electrical integration experience
  • Self-starter with strong communication skills, CAN networking experience, and a good grasp of Microsoft Office Tool Suite
  • DFSS Green Belt certification
