The General Assembly Process Engineering Process sheet Supervisor is responsible for supervising IAP team remotely who are based out of Indian. IAP creates process sheets using released component files. Following established General assembly standards. Must have the ability to champion data driven decisions. This position will drive design for manufacturing concepts throughout all projects big or small and will work to develop a solid team atmosphere empowering your direct reports to take ownership of their processes. Additionally, this supervisor would have the responsibility of reviewing problems found in assembly plants. This requires going to stations in plants and determine what corrections need to be performed to process sheets to meet production requirements. Stellantis North America General Assembly plants. The supervisor must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management. Travel will be required to U.S. and Canada plants. Basic Qualifications:
