POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the overall appearance, cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the facilities. This role oversees custodial operations, supports supervisors, ensures service quality, and maintains high facility standards across all assigned locations. This position will be located at Snow Summit, in Big Bear Lake and Snow Valley in Running Springs.* Starting wage between $33.80/hr. - $40.18/hr. depending on experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES At least twenty-one (21) years old Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record Verifiable skills, technical knowledge, and extensive training in a variety of building trades A self-driven, efficient, and productive performer, who communicates and collaborates effectively, and safeguards company policies and procedures so as to create a safe work environment Must be able to pass Company certifications to operate equipment Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, browser-based research tools, and Workday; with a strong capacity to learn and adapt to new software applications as required Able to read, understand, comply with and write documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Ability to record data accurately and in a timely fashion Able to work flexible schedules, including second and third shifts, as well as weekends and holidays Offers of employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation.
