We prepare students for purposeful lives through rigorous academics and spiritual formation-and we seek educators who model Christ-like professionalism and joy in their calling.

The Opportunity

Lipscomb Academy is seeking a dynamic educator to teach classes related to innovation, design, technology and engineering across the middle and high school levels, including possible AP courses. While teaching will be your primary focus, responsibilities will include leading the robotics program, serving as LA's administrator for select edtech apps, and promoting innovation by tracking emerging tools (with a focus on AI in education) and sharing best practices with faculty. If you're passionate about inspiring students and elevating tech-enabled teaching, we'd love to hear from you. • Collaborate with IT and academic leadership to evaluate, onboard, and maintain instructional tools aligned to curriculum needs and compliance standards (FERPA/COPPA).

After School

  • Lead or co-lead the robotics team/club, including recruitment, logistics, budgeting, safety procedures, and competition preparation.
  • Foster student leadership, collaboration, and engineering design practices.

What You Bring

  • Mission-Aligned: A deep commitment to the Christian mission of Lipscomb Academy.
