As a Pediatric LPN, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families by delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Provide direct clinical care to pediatric patients within scope of practice
• Obtain and document vital signs, patient history, and clinical observations
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
• Support providers during exams and procedures
• Deliver standard patient and family education under established care plans
• Monitor patient status and escalate concerns appropriately
• Collaborate closely with physicians, NPs, and the broader care team

Required Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts LPN license
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience in pediatrics or primary care
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, family-focused approach

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
