?? What You'll Do

As a Pediatric Urgent Care LPN, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families in a fast-paced clinical environment.



  • Deliver direct nursing care to pediatric patients within scope of practice
  • Obtain and document vital signs, medical history, and clinical observations
  • Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
  • Perform department-based testing and assist with procedures
  • Start and monitor IV infusions as directed
  • Provide patient and family education under established care plans
  • Identify changes in patient condition and escalate appropriately
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, NPs, and the care team to ensure continuity of care [diversityjobs.com]


? What We're Looking For

Required:



  • Active Massachusetts LPN license
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program


Preferred:



  • Experience in urgent care, pediatrics, or primary care
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Compassionate, family-focused communication style

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 to $35.72 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
