Job Overview The Senior, Performance Management designs, implements, and continuously improves enterprise performance routines. The role ensures practices such as goal setting, CheckIns, calibration, and annual performance reviews are effective, meaningful, and consistently applied across the organization, aligned to enterprise values and business priorities. Reporting to the Director of Performance and Talent Management, the role blends program leadership, data analysis, influence, and independent strategysetting to shape, operate, and evolve performance practices. The role partners closely with HR Business Partners, HR Technology, and functional leaders, and delivers insights that inform seniorlevel leadership discussions. Skills You Will Need Performance Management & Program Design: Expertise in designing, operating, and continuously improving enterprise performance routines, including goal setting, CheckIns, calibration, and annual performance reviews, with a focus on clarity, consistency, and business alignment. Strategic & Systems Thinking: Ability to view performance management as an integrated system; connecting goals, feedback, development, data, and outcomes and independently set direction in complex, evolving environments. ColleagueCentered Design & Simplification: Proven ability to design simple, intuitive performance experiences that are easy for leaders and colleagues to understand and use, reducing friction while increasing adoption and impact. Data Driven Insights and Storytelling: Strong capability to translate performance and people data into clear insights, compelling narratives, and actionable recommendations that inform coaching, development, and talent decisions. Problem Solving & Diagnostic Capability: Ability to quickly identify what is getting in the way of strong performance by synthesizing data, feedback, and business realities, simplifying complexity, and focusing on the highestimpact changes. Influence & Stakeholder Partnership: Comfort operating across functions and levels, building alignment through credibility, clarity, and databacked recommendations in a matrixed organization. Responsible AI Application: Curiosity and practical fluency in applying AIenabled tools to improve efficiency, insight quality, and scalability of performance practices, with strong judgment around responsible use. HR Technology & Change Enablement: Experience partnering with HR Technology teams to deliver and enhance performance tools, identify endtoend friction points, and drive continuous improvement through process and system changes. Executive Communication & Storytelling: Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders, presenting complex performance insights in a decisionready, businessrelevant way.
