Role and responsibilities The Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Head of EHS & Manufacturing Operational Excellence by ensuring seamless coordination of executive schedules, complex travel arrangements, and confidential administrative needs. This position also leads the planning and execution of key engagement activities, business meetings, and onsite/offsite events, providing highquality logistical and operational support in a fastpaced, dynamic environment. With a strong focus on professionalism, organization, and adaptability, this role helps enable smooth operations and meaningful employee experiences across the organization. Executive Support
