THE ROLE AMD is seeking a Client Public Relations (PR) Manager to manage and execute tactical PR activities for Client Computing and Graphics product launches and momentum efforts as well as working with regional PR teams to help coordinate consumer client and graphics PR activities globally, with direct responsibility for NA. In conjunction with the Computing and Graphics PR Director, from an external perspective, this role includes managing relationships with and supporting NA press, driving coverage and pickup via traditional media, bloggers, non-traditional content creators, and YouTubers, reflecting key product messages and AMD thought leadership. Internally, this role would work with our business units and marketing teams to secure product/technology messaging, collateral and content to drive product launches and momentum campaigns for key products.Overall goal is to drive maximum positive editorial coverage in NA and across the globe, according to given resources and budget. In addition, the role oversees press sampling strategy across the Client and Graphics portfolios, ensuring alignment between business goals, marketing plans, and regional execution across North America and regions. THE PERSON You are a strategic, collaborative communicator who excels at working across complex organizations to bring structure, clarity, and focus to competing priorities. You are comfortable engaging with technical and business stakeholders, extracting what matters most, and shaping it into narratives that are accurate, compelling, and aligned with AMD's broader positioning. You bring strong judgment and influence, enabling you to guide business units and marketing teams toward shared PR objectives, clear deliverables, and disciplined execution. You think globally while accounting for regional nuance, and you are motivated by building frameworks and processes that help teams succeed. In this role, you will have meaningful impact across North America with global reach, helping AMD better align its internal priorities with external storytelling and strengthening how the company presents its technology leadership to the market.
