Opportunity

PeopleTec is currently seeking a Principal Test Manager to support our Colorado Springs, CO location.



Qualifications

Required Skills/Experience:

    Lead Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E) for U.S. Government cyber systems.
  • Work with customers and developers to establish test strategies.
  • Develop test plans that define test objectives, scope, approach, success criteria and exit conditions.
  • Analyze system, subsystem, and component capabilities to determine test requirements ensuring traceability throughout testing.
  • Establish test data capture methods for analysis.
  • Prepare test reports that accurately summarize findings and recommendations.
  • Familiarity with working in both Windows and Linux environments.
  • Travel: 10 %
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • An active DoD TS/SCI clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active TS/SCI clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Information Systems; or equivalent.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with U.S. Government Test & Evaluation (T&E)
  • Experience in performing Operational Test (OT)
  • Masters in Computer Science; Computer Engineering, Information Systems; or equivalent.

Benefits offered can be found here: Benefits PeopleTec. In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is ~$150,000 - $200,000; however, PeopleTec considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and critical skills.
