The Business Operations Specialistposition within Ecolab's Food Retail Services team is crucial in providing day-to-day business support for our Corporate Accounts, Field Sales, and Customers. The person in this role will be instrumental in maintaining smooth communication and operations. The responsibilities of this role include engaging in daily activities that assist the sales team in creating and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accurate billing alignments and pricing, and identifying and improving gaps in our overall customer data integrity. This role is all about helping Sales maintain solid working relationships with existing customers and supporting the onboarding of new customers in a positive and timely manner.

What You Will Do

  • Provide support for Sales Team members to reduce the non-sales efforts, including clearing billing issues and other administrative work.
  • Ensure installations sales support activities that have been requested happen complete and on time, interfacing with the installation team, the FRS Field Team, other Divisional Field Teams and Supply Chain.
  • Provide technical expertise for customers on installations and products.
  • Develop tools to show performance and demonstrate improvements realized through improved processes.
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc data requests and reporting
  • Work cross functionally with other Ecolab divisions to support the customer

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of experience; prior food retail service industry experience preferred
  • Strong organization skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Immigration Sponsorship not available for this position

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $57,800.00 - $86,800.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
