Sales Audit Coordinator

• Answer phone calls from the group line and assist store personnel with identifying issues aswell as conducting research and supply solutions to the related issue
• Assist in gift card discrepancies and balance inquires.
• Research and respond to all emails from store personnel
• Research and respond to chargebacks and sales ticket retrievals
• Various retail location reconciliations including bank accounts, incoming wire transfers, cashtills, and cash over/short
• Store check and deposit review
• Prepare journal entries related to retail store's cash over/short, bad debt, and checkbook
• Additional duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 1 year of relevant work experience
• Novice understanding of online retail transactions
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word
• Intermediate data entry and keyboard skills, including accurate ten key by touch

• Ability to perform tasks as directed and be able to think and work independently
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal and be able to work well with other in a team environment
• Passion for providing excellent service
• Positive and proactive approach to tasks and working on a team
• Extraordinary time management and organizational skills
• Ability to demonstrate company standards

The Sales Audit Coordinate will collaborate with and support store personnel to resolve issues pertaining to sales transactions, banking discrepancies, check register entries, and credit card transactions.

Pay Rate:$18.00- $24.00/hr depending on background and experience.
