Title:Operations Analyst Location: Salt Lake City. UT Duration: 6 Months Summary This role plays a key part in servicing the capital needs of global hedge funds while delivering high-quality client service.The team ensures strong risk management, process efficiency, and control frameworks to support all transactions and business activities. Custody Services focuses on providing centralized asset transfer services to Prime Brokerage and Prime Clearing clients, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to risk and control standards. ? Key Responsibilities Process asset transfer requests by working directly with clients and internal teams Investigate and resolve client queries and daily operational issues Identify and resolve discrepancies in internal records; escalate issues when needed Coordinate with Treasury Operations to ensure timely cash settlements Analyze workflows to improve processes, reduce risk, and eliminate inefficiencies Support initiatives to enhance client experience and operational outcomes ? Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree required Strong ability to present complex information clearly and concisely Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment High attention to detail with strong risk awareness Proactive mindset toward process improvement Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to manage small projects and drive initiatives ? Preferred Qualifications Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Experience with VBA, macros, or automation tools (nice to have) ?
