Find your calling at Mercy! Mercy is seeking an experienced Physician Recruiter to support physician recruitment for strategic, longterm partnership initiatives. In this newly created role, you'll support the development and longterm success of our transformational new campus in Northwest Arkansas designed to redefine how care is delivered in the heartland of America.

This role will operate in a dynamic environment where physician roles and specialties may evolve and requires a recruiter who is consultative, adaptable, and experienced partnering with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, including academic organizations.

This is a hybrid position with regular on-site expectations. Position Details:
  • Lead physician recruitment efforts supporting strategic, longterm partnership initiatives and new, evolving care models
  • Partner with clinical, operational, and external stakeholders to develop recruitment strategies where roles may not be fully defined
  • Support academic and hybrid physician recruitment, including facultyaffiliated, clinicianeducator, and researchaligned roles
  • Build and maintain relationships with academic medical centers, residency and fellowship programs, and physician leaders to support pipeline development
  • Provide market intelligence, candidate insights, and strategic recommendations to support future workforce planning
  • Manage fullcycle physician recruitment in alignment with organizational priorities and mission

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2 + years of experience in provider or healthcare recruitment (Physician recruitment strongly preferred)
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Strength in sourcing, relationship management, and managing multiple priorities
  • Passion for supporting clinical teams who deliver care with excellence and compassion
