The focus will beInnovation pipeline 3+ years out, cross-and portfolio transformation, leaning intoadvancements of AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: CI for Advanced Innovation:experienced insightsinnovation professional who has principles and perspective on how to deliver best-in-class innovation insight gathering andtesting, with the people skills to galvanize others around the learning and pushing to action plans. CI Transformation:EmbracechangingCI ways of workinggiven the acceleration ofAItools.Critically assess andidentifyopportunities to useAI-assistedinsights, automation, and advanced analyticsto improve insight speed and quality.Willingness to experiment with tools to gauge their value for insights and BBU.Supportadoptionof new CI processes, tools, andAI-enabledmethodsthroughtraining and enablement materials. Operating Model, Governance & AI Stewardship Supportframeworks for intake, prioritization, governance, and insight quality. Responsible AI usage, including validation, accuracy checks, privacy, and human oversight. Ability to drivealignment withpartners prior to launching research. Leadership Competencies: Adapts approach and attitude in real time, according to the changing demands of different situations. Creates a climate where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve itsobjectives. Holds self and others accountable to meet commitments. Makessenseof complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems. Education and Work History: Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, social studies, anthropology, or similar,Data & Analytics, Information Systems, Strategy, or related fields required.Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience required, preference for 7+years in an insights function or role, with increasing focus oninnovation insightssolutions. Experience showing career growthand personalupskillingin the field of consumer Insights, with a passion for human insights to understand consumer decisions. Experiencedinsights professionalfocused on innovation. Principles and perspective on how to deliver best-in-class innovation insight gathering and testing, with the people skills to galvanize others around the learning and pushing to action plans. Experience ofusingAItools. A self-starter able to followstructured processes and timelines with little supervision. Proven ability to manage complexity and problem-solve. Ability to work effectivelyand positively with teams. Positive, curious,creativeand innovative thinker with the ability to energize,influence, andwork effectively. Computer skills andproficiencywith PowerPoint, Excel, and other software/applications.
