At Fairfield Inn & Suites Lewisburg, our laundry attendants play a vital role in delivering the clean, comfortable experience our guests expect and our team depends on.

We are looking for someone who can keep pace, stay organized, and take pride in producing high-quality linens that support our award-winning standards.

• Operate commercial washers and dryers efficiently to keep up with hotel demand
• Fold, sort, and organize linens to Marriott brand standards (crisp, clean, and guest-ready)
• Maintain a consistent workflow to support housekeeping team needs in real time
• Monitor linen quality and remove damaged or worn items
• Keep laundry area clean, safe, and organized
• Follow all safety, chemical handling, and equipment procedures
• Communicate with housekeeping and leadership to ensure smooth daily operations
• Occasionally assist guests or team members with professionalism and a positive attitude

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong work ethic, you take pride in doing things right, not just fast
• Ability to stay organized and keep multiple machines and tasks moving at once
• A team player who understands their role supports the entire hotel
• Positive attitude and willingness to jump in where needed
• Weekend and holiday availability (required)

Previous laundry, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.

• Previous laundry or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate equipment (training provided)
• Strong communication skills with team members and occasional guest interaction
• Ability to stay on your feet and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
