Overview

The Human Resources (HR) Shared Services Center (HR SSC) Recognition, Events, and Wellness (REW) team provides frontline HR support that helps create meaningful, engaging employee experiences across the organization. REW works alongside many service partners to deliver recognition programs, employee events, and wellness initiatives while managing daytoday operational work in a shared services environment. Team members focus on delivering consistent, highquality service while striving for operational excellence and continuous improvement with employees in mind.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Benefits Center of Excellence (COE), employees, and vendors to support the timely and accurate delivery of Recognition, Events, and Wellness programs, while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and key partners.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to Recognition, Events, and Wellness by managing cases and repeatable transactions using established procedures and templates to deliver a consistent, positive employee experience.
  • Utilize HR and event technology platforms (e.g., Cvent Asana, Microsoft 365, Qualtrics) to support day to day operations, event coordination, volunteer tracking, reporting, and presentation support.
  • Provide support for Events, including serving as a day of contact, assisting with setup and coordination, and supporting employees and volunteers at on site and off site events.
  • Provide responses to HR related requests and inquires
  • Process and update data in automated systems; may generate and analyze reports
  • Provide support to assigned department; may work on small projects or portions of larger projects
  • Support business strategy and initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
  • Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments
  • Perform research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
  • Maintain professionalism in all interactions, placing employee services and confidentiality as priority
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
  • Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Team player with high learning agility and a growth mindset
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Effective research, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Effective organizational, planning and time management skills
  • Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment to make sound decisions
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service

Desired Qualifications

  • Pursuing a degree or certifications in Human Resources
  • Experience working with HR tools such as Oracle HCM
  • Experience working with ServiceNow
