This role will report to Sherwin-Williams Global Headquarters located at 1 Sherwin Way, Cleveland, OH 44113. Digital Strategy Development:
- Define and lead global digital initiatives aligned with Sherwin-Williams' strategic objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to prioritize projects that drive innovation and operational efficiency.
- Monitor emerging technologies and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Program Leadership:
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver complex digital programs on time and within budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, KPIs, and success metrics for global initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between regional execution and global strategy.
- Customer-Centric Solutions
- Champion digital tools and platforms that improve customer engagement and experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and product teams to integrate digital solutions across touchpoints.
Data & Analytics:
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize digital strategies and measure ROI.
- Implement dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive visibility.
Change Management:
- Drive adoption of digital tools and processes across global teams.
- Develop training and communication plans to support organizational change.
5+ years of experience in digital strategy, transformation, or program management, ideally in a global organization.
Working knowledge of the collision industry, refinish sales, refinish marketing, service support, software programs, and technical operations.
Understanding of structured sales efforts, planning, quality standards, and customer service/satisfaction criteria.
