What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction within our Vehicle Support organization. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives to identify business needs, implement technology-driven solutions, and ensure seamless execution across North America Support teams. This role requires a customer-centric leader with strong analytical skills, experience in change management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to determine operational improvements and update business processes
  • Partner with engineering teams to evaluate technical viability of proposed changes
  • Structure pilots, track metrics, iterate, and scale solutions to enhance customer happiness and operational efficiency
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and deep-dive reporting to uncover actionable insights
  • Work with the Business Intelligence team to design reporting tools aligned with business needs
  • Partner with training teams to educate users on process changes and system updates
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to deliver projects across North America Support teams

What You'll Bring
  • Managing cross-functional projects in a global, customer-facing organization (preferably automotive, hospitality, or tech)
  • Proven ability to build and sustain a customer-centric culture
  • Strong attention to detail, with a track record of managing multiple projects under competing priorities
  • Self-starter with strong leadership skills, capable of guiding teams through ambiguity
  • Comfortable with Excel and Tableau; experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with methodologies and a history of successful implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into business outcomes
