Onsite Requirement Onsite 5 days per week \| 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Position Overview This role is ideal for a candidate interested in providing Tier 1 technical support to end users experiencing IT issues. Responsibilities include responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting common issues such as password resets and software installations, and escalating more complex problems to higherlevel support teams. Key Skills * ServiceNow * Technical Support * Customer Service * Troubleshooting * Help Desk / Service Desk Support * Active Directory * Desktop Support * Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 Top Skills * ServiceNow * Technical Support * Customer Service * Troubleshooting * Help Desk Support Additional Skills & Qualifications * 1 year of experience in a service or support role * Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 products * Basic understanding of networking and communication systems * Ability to troubleshoot issues and document findings clearly Service Desk Responsibilities * Serve as the first point of contact for daytoday technical support * Respond to Level 1 support requests via phone, ticketing system, chat, or other channels * Enter and update call information in the tracking system * Interact with users in a courteous and professional manner * Diagnose and resolve technical issues or escalate when appropriate Project Support * Provide input during project planning and requirements gathering * Participate in support training prior to project launches Customer Technology Support * Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform minor repairs on hardware, software, and peripheral equipment following documented procedures * Follow up in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction * Clearly explain service procedures and solutions to users Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Menasha, WI.
