Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions in a timely and safe manner
• Conduct inspections of facilities and systems to identify issues and potential improvements
• Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies inventory; order parts as needed
• Respond promptly to work orders and emergency maintenance requests
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed work
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company regulations
• Assist with installation and setup of new equipment or systems as needed
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
• Proven experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or a related field
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying physical conditions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with preventative maintenance programs
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing trades
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
