To Crush This Job GED or diploma required Past machine operator or warehouse experience Knows how to keep machines running right Eye for detail, doesn't cut corners Fit enough for lifting, standing, and grinding it out Dependable teammate with a solid work ethic Your Role on the Floor Ability to read and understand blueprints, control plans, routers, job instructions, and tools. Must be able to learn, apply, and retain techniques, concepts, and procedures to continuously improve products, processes, and services. Maintain flexibility to move to different work areas to meet the delivery expectations of customers and the productivity of the plant. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs frequently and as required.
