These are the qualifications that matter.

• 4-year degree in engineering or chemistry discipline
• 7+ years of experience in a packaging engineering role
• Experience in the manufacture of supplements, food, cosmetics, or other highly regulated industries
• Experience with various packaging formats such as capsules, pumps, tubes, etc.
• Experience validating new tooling and components
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
