As a Vice President, Strategic Accounts at RXO, you're responsible for strategic sales within an the 3PL and 4PL channels to grow profitable revenue for new and existing customers, while placing a strong emphasis on meeting both individual and company goals and expectations across all lines of business and solutions to support the growth of RXO. What your day-to-day will look like:
Leads all aspects of the sales process, and assists in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management. Sell the RXO value proposition in each of the lines of business to ensure each customer is fully aware of the solutions we can provide. Heavily focus on strengthening 3PL and 4PL relationships across all applicable services and solutions Review core KPIs across all 3PL and 4PL relationships and drive improvement throughout our organization. Builds extensive and profound relationships with high level decision makers within each customer by involving leadership and internal operations. Pull all customers opportunities throughout the year and build a healthy sales pipeline across all lines of business. Deliver results that reflect profitable revenue growth with both existing and new customers according to established goals. Engage effectively with the RXO internal leadership team to build awareness of your customers and all current and future opportunities. Accurately record and manage sales activity in OneCRM to ensure data integrity and facilitate sales tracking.
What you'll need to excel: At a minimum, you'll need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience 10 years related sales experience within transportation or logistics Ability to travel by car or plane up to 50% of the time
