Associate Commercial Loan Servicing Processor

The Associate Commercial Loan Servicing Processor supports our Commercial Lending & Operations team by ensuring accuracy in loan operations and delivering friendly, reliable service. This full-time role is Monday-Friday, starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending between 4:00-5:00 p.m. (rotational schedule depending on the day).

What You'll Do

• Board and maintain commercial loans in the Fiserv system
• Assist with ensuring all required insurance is in place
• Research and resolve payment errors; process advances, payments, and fee waivers
• Balance general ledger accounts and prepare reports for audits/exams
• Update loan account information and generate billing statements
• Prepare loan modifications, deferrals, and collateral releases
• File UCC continuations and amendments
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries promptly

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
• One or more years of experience in a banking environment is preferred, but not required
