  • Monitor and allocate Operations unit workload and ensure effective use of resources.

  • Oversee the new CAB application workflow and approval of assessment team member invoices.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve unique issues with clients, team members, and staff.

  • Establish, maintain, and improve processes within assigned task areas, including training and documentation.

  • Collect, monitor, and analyze metrics and performance indicators to identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Collaborate with Technical staff and cross-functional teams to address issues and support operational goals.

  • Participate in internal audits and external evaluations; implement corrective action as required.

  • Communicate operational improvements to applicable staff and leadership.

Key Skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.

  • Clear, professional communication - written, verbal, and interpersonal.

  • Ethical conduct, professionalism, and sound judgment in stakeholder interactions.

  • Adaptability and demonstrated capacity to embrace change.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred. At least 8 years of relevant experience may substitute for an Associate degree.

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in operations, accreditation, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of ANAB accreditation rules, processes, and applicable scheme requirements preferred.

  • Familiarity with quality principles, conformity assessment systems, and continuous improvement practices.

  • Experience managing or leading a team.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong keyboarding skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with diverse audiences.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and adaptability under pressure.
