Role Overview We are seeking a Manager of Operations to lead and support the delivery of accreditation activity and assessment services in accordance with ANAB's documented processes. This role manages operational staff and serves as a key point of contact for clients, assessment team members, and committee members. The Manager of Operations plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of ANAB's operational activities - including oversight of the assessment coordination process, workload allocation, invoice management, and process improvement initiatives. This position is well-suited for a detail-oriented, team-focused professional with strong organizational skills and a commitment to service excellence. Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits Starting compensation will be in the $76,000 to $95,000 range, depending on location, education, experience, and other qualifications. We offer a very competitive compensation package that includes: a 403(b) retirement plan with matching contributions, a generous paid-time-off (PTO) plan, comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance plans, plus additional optional benefits.
