Job Overview:

The JECG Systems Integrator (Journeyman) provides Tier I desktop and systems support in a secure DoD environment supporting mission systems and users.

Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Perform system setup, migration, and decommissioning.
• Manage user accounts and system access.
• Maintain IT inventory and records.
• Provide SCIF support and controlled environment compliance.

Minimum Requirements/Education:

• 5+ years Tier I IT support experience.
• DoD or federal environment experience.
• Hardware/software troubleshooting expertise.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in SCIF environments.
• Familiarity with security processes (SSO).

Security Requirement:

• Active Top-Secret Clearance
