This position reports to:

Job Description:

  • Operate and Maintain Equipment: Run machines such as insert machines, coil winders, and pre-form presses; adjust settings based on blueprints and layouts; use tools like air manipulators and hoists.
  • Follow Instructions and Ensure Quality: Read and interpret manufacturing documents, perform basic measurements and calculations, and meet production and quality standards.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Collaborate with team members, communicate issues, support cross-training, and be willing to perform various roles as needed.
  • Safety and Housekeeping: Prioritize workplace safety, follow guidelines, report issues, maintain cleanliness, and work overtime when required.

Education and Experience Needed:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 Year of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Regular attendance and availability for overtime are essential job functions.
