What you will do

  • Provides financial analysis and business services by assisting operating personnel in the preparation of objective analysis of the Budget and performance reports, including business plans.
  • Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of all budgets.
  • Develops the long-term planning process, manages the process within the individual business units and presents to management the Budget for the organization.
  • Develops and manages the re-projection process for the project owners and prepares budget variance analysis and budget re-projections to update the financial forecast.
  • Develops, maintains and distributes reports and performance indicators that combine financial and non-financial information for station and owners.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five years of experience in a Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting position.
  • Demonstrated thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) guidelines.
  • Strong project management skills including the ability to lead, prioritize and meet deadlines for complex projects, along with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
