Position Summary The Head of G&A, Staffing Controlling & Compliance is the senior leader responsible for the company's enterprisewide G&A cost management, workforce/Staffing controlling (headcount and labor cost), and policy & internal control compliance across the G&A portfolio. This role sets strategy, establishes governance, and leads a multidisciplinary controlling team supporting HR, Legal/OGC & Security, Real Estate/Brokerage, and North America G&A, while providing dottedline leadership to G&A analysts embedded in other Finance teams. The leader delivers transparent performance management, ensures adherence to financial policies and control standards, and partners with executive stakeholders to allocate resources to strategy with discipline.
