Your Impact
As a Facilities Administrator, you play a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and wellorganized workplace. Your coordination of maintenance, vendors, and daily facility needs ensures employees can focus on their work while operations run smoothly behind the scenes. Through clear communication and attention to detail, you help maintain a positive and productive work environment.
What the Role Offers
  • Handle maintenance requests and track work orders.
  • Coordinate with vendors (cleaning, HVAC, repairs, etc.).
  • Support office moves, space setup, and general workplace needs.
  • Maintain facility records, schedules, and documentation.
  • Help with safety checks, access control, and compliance tasks.
  • Communicate facility updates to employees and respond to building-related questions.
  • Work Environment

    • Mix of office work and walking the facility.
    • May involve lifting light items (up to ~25 lbs).
What You Need to Succeed
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks at once.
  • Basic understanding of building systems (nice to have).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and facility/work order systems.
  • Prior experience in facilities or office administration is helpful.

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $38,150 - $62,675; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
