At Prototek, our Associate Engineers rotate through Operations, Quality, and Commercial teams, gaining real-world experience across the full manufacturing lifecycle. You won't just observe-you'll contribute. From improving processes on the shop floor to helping develop winning customer proposals, you'll see how engineering decisions impact the business every day.
