Responsibilities Summary: This position ensures that blood collections goals are met by calling the appropriate donors to Memorial Blood Centers donor centers and mobile blood drive operations. Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, Tues - Fri 9:00am - 6:30pm and Sat 9am - 1pm Hybrid: Mostly remote work, however the initial 1-2 weeks of training is in office at St. Paul location. Employees must be within traveling distance of Memorial Blood Centers St. Paul office to go to the office for required department meetings and trainings. Job Responsibilities:

The hourly rate for this position is $17.82/hr. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing and/or customer service Customer service training experience preferred Other: Ability to organize and prioritize Basic computer, typing skills, and math skills Excellent interpersonal communication skills Accurate oral and written communication skills Persuasive sales skills and problem solving skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Willingness to follow direction Overview Founded in 1948, Memorial Blood Centers have served Minnesota and Wisconsin for more than 75 years, delivering more than 125,000 lifesaving blood products annually to 50+ hospitals, EMS and healthcare partners.
