The Accounts Receivable Manager for North America is a key role responsible for strengthening the company's cash position through effective credit, collections and dispute management practices. The individual in this role will provide strategic direction and operational oversight across the full accounts receivable cycle. Partnering closely with customer service, commercial teams, Business Unit Heads, customers, Finance Leadership Team, SDC counterparts, and external collection agencies will be essential to ensure alignment and drive consistent collection outcomes across the region. - Serve as the regional custodian of credit and collection activities, closely monitoring severely delinquent customer accounts and escalating issues to sales leadership and BU Heads when direct engagement with customers is required to recover outstanding balances.
- Continuously review aged receivables and develop targeted collection strategies to reduce DSO and strengthen regional cash flow.
- Lead efforts to harmonize currently fragmented, business unit-specific credit and collection practices into a standardized regional process.
- Promote the use of automation, AI, and other enabling technologies to increase efficiency, improve process quality, and strengthen the overall invoice-to-cash cycle.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and effectively negotiate with business leaders by using fact-based analysis and data to influence decisions and drive consensus, particularly when implementing standardized credit and collection practices across business units.

- Strong interpersonal communication and management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and multiple levels of the organization.
- Self-starter with a proven track record of successfully executing operational initiatives and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends requiring attention or escalation.
