Manages service order lifecycle including design and material procurement using TIRKS, CCP, Canvas, and FIM.

Responsibilities:
Provision TDM, Ethernet & Dark Fiber services
Circuit/equipment design via TIRKS, iEN & GPON
Manage capacity requests, hardware deployments & reconfigurations
Coordinate with Construction, ISP Planning, VPS & OCO teams

Required:
TIRKS & OSP Engineering experience
Knowledge of SONET, TDM, T1s, ISDN & related equipment
Strong communication & ability to prioritize in fast-paced environments

Desired:
Engineering degree
CAD experience (IDDS/ICGS)
