The Quality Control Quality Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products meet the established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. They play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the production process and ensuring customer satisfaction.


What You'll do
  • Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
  • Conduct inspections and tests of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products.
  • Identify and address quality issues or deviations from specifications.
  • Analyze data and compile reports on quality performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
  • Participate in internal and external quality audits.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, chemistry, or quality management preferred but not always required or equivalent to experience.
  • Relevant certifications in Quality Control and Assurance may also be considered.
  • Understanding of quality control standards and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (QMS).
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, FDA regulations).
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using quality analysis tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry developments and best practices in quality control and assurance.
