Specialist, Client Processing Representative

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist to join BNY Team. This role is located in LakeMary ( 4 days in office expectation).

• As part of the Client Processing job family, this role involves executing complex transactions and resolving client inquiries, contributing to a streamlined client experience.
• - Execute client transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high standard of service by demonstrating expertise in client processing.
• - Resolve client inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to BNY's service standards.
• - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. -
• Analyze transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization, contributing to operational excellence. -
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and BNY policies to ensure compliance in all client interactions. -

• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the client experience, aligning with BNY's focus on innovation and client trust

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 0-5 years of experience. - Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret transaction data and identify improvement opportunities. - Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and resolution of inquiries. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing and compliance with standards.
