The Clinical Supervisor assures delivery of safe, high quality and cost-effective care provided by competent co-workers. They ensure efficient utilization of available resources to meet productivity and financial goals. Clinical Supervisor is accountable for appropriate unit staffing. Clinical Supervisor is proactively involved in patient flow and bed management issues in collaboration with the Staffing Office and Patient Placement. Clinical Supervisor performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with the Mission, Values and Mercy Service Standards.

Weekend Option Supervisor - SICU/NSD/RRT - Current SICU/NSD Candidate Preferred
Location: Mercy Hospital South - 10010 Kennerly Rd, St. Louis, Missouri 63128 Schedule:Weekend Option (Fri, Sat & Sun) | Full-Time | 36 hours/week Shift:Mid Shift | 11 AM-11 PM Weekend Option Differential: Earn an additional $20/hour for all hours worked between Friday 7:00 AM and Monday 7:00 AM. Overview: Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards. Qualifications Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one of the following:
Licensure:Must hold and maintain a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Missouri or possess compact licensure, in accordance with state board of nursing regulations. Experience:Current SICU/NSD Caregiver preferred Certifications:
