Position Summary:

The Supervisor reports to the Chef or Patient Services Manager. This position is responsible for supervising hourly associates in the performance of assigned activities within the Suburban Hospital Healthcare System.



Education/ Experience:



  • High school diploma or GED, or the equivalent knowledge gained through experience.Previous Supervisory experience preferred.



Knowledge/Skills:



  • Requires organizational skills.
  • Requires excellent customer relations skills and the ability to work with quick deadlines.
  • Requires familiarity with computers and knowledge of Windows environment.
  • Ability to communicate via written documentation, telephone, computer and directly.



Shift:

Full Time (40 hours)

Evening Shift

Weekend work required

Exempt

Salary Range: Minimum 22.75/hour - Maximum 33.84/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
