What will you do as Field Quality Analyst at Sealed Air?

As a Field Quality Analyst, you will act as the quality representative in the field, working closely with customers, Sales, and Supply Chain to improve the performance of Sealed Air's products and customer packaging processes. This is a highly customer-facing role that requires frequent travel across a defined territory, where you will conduct audits, troubleshoot issues, support product implementation, and provide technical training to customers.

  • Evaluate customer packaging processes through audits, data analysis, and on-site observation to identify quality and performance improvement opportunities
  • Investigate quality issues, determine root cause, and lead corrective actions in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and training on product usage, equipment, and quality best practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Technical teams, and R&D on customer needs and improvement initiatives
  • Support product trials, testing, and implementation of new solutions in customer environments
  • Act as a liaison between customers and Sealed Air manufacturing sites to drive continuous improvement

What skills will help you succeed?

  • Experience in packaging, food packaging, or flexible films manufacturing
  • Experience in a field-based or customer-facing technical role
  • Ability to work effectively in a field-based role, including managing priorities across multiple customer sites and adapting to frequent travel
  • Strong troubleshooting and data-driven problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure or customer-escalation situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in customer-facing environments
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively
  • Team collaboration skills across commercial and technical teams
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing or quality processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay Transparency

  • $84,800 - $146,280 annually


The range disclosed complies with applicable state and local pay transparency laws. Offers within this range will be determined byconsidering relevant factors including education, experience, and internal alignment.
