SUMMARY: The Manager of Children's Outpatient Services (CAFOS) is responsible for the operational, administrative, and clinical management of Child and Family Outpatient Behavioral Health services. Working in close partnership with and reporting directly to the Clinical Site Director, this role comanages CAFOS, supporting the delivery of highquality, accessible, and compliant outpatient behavioral health services for children, adolescents, and their families. The Manager provides daytoday operational leadership, staff supervision, and clinical oversight, while supporting program development, regulatory compliance, performance management, and continuous quality improvement. This position includes parttime clinical and clinical supervision responsibilities, integrated with administrative leadership duties. Staff Supervision & Leadership
Clinical Responsibilities Maintain parttime clinical responsibilities to support service delivery, clinical quality, staff development, and regulatory compliance within Child and Family Outpatient Services. Clinical duties are integrated with leadership responsibilities and are proportional to the administrative scope of the role.
Clinical Supervision As part of the Manager's clinical role, the position includes assigned clinical supervision and consultation responsibilities, delivered in collaboration with the Clinical Site Director, to support quality care, staff development, and professional compliance.
Clinical supervision responsibilities are proportional to the Manager's administrative role and parttime clinical allocation and do not constitute a full individual clinical or supervisory caseload. Compliance & Quality Oversight
Administrative & Financial Responsibilities * Completes payroll, benefit time, and other supervisory administrative approvals. * Monitors departmental performance relative to operational goals. * Participates in program planning, budgeting input, and qualityimprovement initiatives. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Master's degree in Social Work Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) Practitioner meeting Medicaid and contractual requirements. Clinically privileged to perform the duties associated with this role. EXPERIENCE: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in outpatient behavioral health or human services. Demonstrated experience in clinical supervision and staff leadership. Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
