68945 PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Senior Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and market share through dealer activation, demand generation, and indirect selling. This role partners closely with dealers and independent door shops to increase pullthrough of Masonite door systems by influencing how products are specified, sold, and installed in local markets. This position blends relationship management, field execution, and datadriven selling, serving as a key link between Masonite's sales, marketing, and enablement teams and our dealer partners.
