Environmental Field Specialist - Construction Compliance (Level 3)

Play an integral role in supporting the successful environmental compliance execution of one of North America's most significant pipeline projects. This position places you directly within active construction environments where environmental stewardship, field coordination, and practical problem solving are critical to project success. You will join a collaborative project team focused on integrating environmental requirements into day-to-day construction activities while supporting safe, efficient, and compliant project execution in remote Alaska field locations. This role is ideal for an environmental professional who thrives in dynamic construction settings, enjoys working closely with field teams, and values pragmatic, solution-oriented environmental compliance implementation. Purpose of the role You will be responsible for supporting field-based environmental compliance implementation during active construction operations for the Pipeline. Working under the direction of the Environmental Field Manager, you will help execute approved environmental management plans, permit conditions, and mitigation requirements across assigned construction spreads and work areas. This role focuses heavily on hands-on field support, mitigation implementation tracking, coordination with construction supervision, and maintaining accurate environmental compliance documentation. You will serve as a key field-level environmental resource embedded with construction teams to help ensure environmental requirements are effectively integrated into daily work execution.
