The Head of Digital and AI, Technology Standards is responsible for shaping, leading, and advancing the digital and AI agenda across the Technology Standards organization. The role ensures that TS has digital capabilities, data foundations, and AIenabled ways of working to support efficient, highquality standards and IP monetization work across the organization. This role acts as a bridge between technology, data, AI, and business execution, ensuring that digital and AI investments translate into measurable business impact across the organization. You will shape how digital and AI are embedded into our core workflows enabling TS to operate as an AIenabled, datadriven organization with modern workflows and scalable platforms. What You Bring The ideal candidate brings extensive senior level-experience in leading Digital and AI, and has a strong combination of strategic leadership, digital and AI expertise, and handson execution capability. You are comfortable operating in complex, crossfunctional environments and can translate ambition into delivered outcomes.
