JOB SUMMARY

Implements and maintains safety programs, conducts inspections, and ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED).


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Inspects work areas and equipment to ensure compliance with safety policies, standards, and regulations.
  • Follows safety policies and procedures to ensure protective equipment meets safety standards.
  • Prepares and maintains safety documents, inspections, and reports to ensure accurate records.
  • Conduct safety training sessions for employees on various topics, including emergency procedures, hazardous materials handling, and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety improvement plans.
  • Compile data, photographs, etc. for all forms and reporting per program procedures and accidents.
  • Assist in conducting employee/craft and insurance inspectors on walk through tours.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION


  • Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required (will vary by position).
